In our quality assurance of the transcription work, we ensure the following:

a) Appropriate work environment and adequate resources are provided and maintained.
b) Appropriate education, training and experience, as well as work under supervision and management.
c) Managers and Supervisors are dedicated to QA and provide an environment that supports quality documentation.
d) Designated equipment is utilized skillfully and efficiently with proper guidelines and demonstration for use available to transcriptionists and originators of the documentation.
e) Client demographics and originator identification are verified and designated formats are followed.
f) English language rules are adopted and used consistently.
g) Current reference materials are made available and used consistently.
h) Visual proof reading as well as electronic spell checking and grammar checking are performed.
i) Obvious inconsistencies, discrepancies and inaccuracies are recognized and appropriately revised, edited or clarified, without altering the meaning of dictation or changing the originator's style. These are also flagged for review, or brought to the attention of appropriate personnel for action.
j) Reasonable TAT (turnaround time) deadlines are met.
k) Client confidentiality and systems security are protected.
l) Document storage and retrieval guidelines are followed.
m) A mechanism for feedback to the transcriptionists is provided.
