Case Studies

Explainer videos on Safety

We created explainer videos for our clients in the manufacturing industry, which explains work place safety, emergency evacuations for visitors, contractors and employees. It also details job procedures for employees and contractors.

The byte sized platform independent explainer videos were very easy to be circulated to the production line for their quick reference and guided them to improve their job and safety skills.

Explainer videos on Product Marketing

We created a visually catchy explainer video for a client website to explain the usage/benefits of using solar panels. We brought forward their expertise very concisely, which grabbed the attention and increased the website traffic, bringing them more business.

Explainer videos on Dental Practice

We had a requirement to create awareness on safety regulations while visiting the clinic. The idea was to capture visitor’s attention and improve the conversion rate. Our video was a game-changing marketing strategy which helped convert more clients and build a positive reputation online.

Onboarding / Induction training

A bank approached us to develop an e-learning induction program which would make their new recruits excited in their new roles and have effective business calls with the customers.

The challenge was there was not enough time for the trainers to support the recruits to understand the complex banking procedures and processes.

We developed a Scenario based learning course (with real time situations) to enable the learners to understand and practice the complex processes for commercial banking so that they would be confident in facing their customers.

The course had inbuilt assessments to make sure that the recruits understood the content and was very effective in identifying if they required extra support.

System training

There was a requirement for training courses on supply chain and database management software. The intent was to raise awareness of key system functions and enable users to practice in an environment without live data.

We developed learning modules with ‘show and try’ modes. Animated demonstrations, worked examples, process visualisations, helpful tips were included in the show mode and in the try mode the learners were prompted to do interactions and they were guided thoroughly.

The learning modules further were localised into Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Latin American Spanish.

Legacy course conversion to HTML 5

There was a requirement for converting K12 content legacy Flash to HTML 5. The challenge was that it had many complex interactions and animations. After thorough analysis we developed the course in Articulate Storyline 360 and used Java Script wherever there was no possibility of using the Storyline variables.
